A true story...
It is a pleasure to open the doors to House The Bank, a home filled with history and charm. Nine years ago I started this project with great enthusiasm, and it fills me with joy to share with all who visit.
At the foot of the Picos de Europa mountains, in the small village of Lon, this is a place with a history and deep roots.
Built in 1920, was the home of the sister of my grandmother and, later, of his daughter, the cousin of the flesh of my mother, with whom we shared so many family memories. Here you also have grown my children, between its stone walls, wood beams and that spirit atmosphere that characterized the homes of the people to be genuine, preserved for generations to come.
Today, The Bank opens its doors to those who seek tranquility, disconnect and contact with nature, offering a rural experience full of history and warmth.

In Casa Rural La Ribera we love animals, but for reasons of cleanliness and respect to all the guests, pets not allowed. If you are traveling with your furry friend, contact us before you book and we'll recommend accommodations pet friendly nearby.
For the comfort and safety of all visitors, smoking is not permitted in the interior of the house.
However, you can do so in the outdoor areas (porch or garden), always using ashtrays and with care to keep the natural environment clean and safe.
To confirm the reservation, the request deposit of 30 % of the total to secure your stay.
The rest of the amount is paid on arrival, or a few days before the check-independing on the season.
In case of cancellation more than 30 days in advance, the deposit will be refunded in full.
If the cancellation is made in the last 30 daysthe deposit will not be refundable.
We know that plans can change. If you need to change the dates or cancelplease contact us as soon as possible.
We will try to offer an alternative or keep your deposit for a future stay (depending on availability and season).
The check-in is performed from the 16:00 h, and the check-out before the 11:00 h.
If the accommodation does not have another booking on the same day, we will be able to set schedules to facilitate your arrival or departure.
